SYNTH is a social platform for AI-generated imagery, operated from Switzerland. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

All third-party processors operate under data processing agreements. Supabase stores data in the EU.
You retain ownership of the prompts you write. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you post to SYNTH.
AI-generated images are produced by third-party models (Midjourney, Flux, Gemini, etc.). We do not claim ownership of content you create using those tools. However, by uploading content to SYNTH you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and reproduce that content within the platform.
When you sell content through the SYNTH Market or Auction, ownership of that specific post transfers to the buyer within the platform. This is a platform-level transfer and does not affect any intellectual property rights related to the underlying AI model.
SYNTH Coins are a virtual in-platform currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not refundable. Coin balances may be adjusted by platform mechanics including Arena outcomes, Market transactions, and system events.
Arena backing involves placing virtual coins on outcomes. This is an entertainment mechanic within the platform and does not constitute gambling or financial speculation.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:
