SYNTH is a social platform for AI-generated imagery. It provides a feed, competitive Arena system, Challenges, a secondary market for content, and Synthient — an AI-powered creator intelligence layer.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

By uploading content, you grant SYNTH a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the platform and for platform promotional purposes (such as showcasing the platform to potential users).
SYNTH is built for AI-generated imagery. You represent that your use of any AI generation tool complies with that tool's own terms of service.

SYNTH Coins are a virtual currency used within the platform. They:
The Arena system allows you to place SYNTH Coins on battle outcomes. This is an entertainment feature using virtual currency only. It does not constitute gambling, financial speculation, or any form of real-money wagering.
The SYNTH Market and Auction allow transfer of content ownership within the platform using SYNTH Coins. These are platform-level transactions. SYNTH does not guarantee the value of any content listed or sold.
Signal Access is a premium subscription that unlocks Synthient intelligence features. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Signal Access users' aggregated platform statistics are processed by Anthropic's API to generate Synthient intelligence. This processing uses anonymised, aggregated data — not raw personal content. By using Signal Access, you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
SYNTH's design, code, branding, and platform systems are owned by Ion-Ionut Stanciu and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from SYNTH's platform systems without explicit written permission.
We aim to keep SYNTH available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNTH and its operator are not liable for:
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
